HB 766/SB 644 - Joint Committee on Transparency and Open Government Act. HB 37/SB 740 - amend Maryland Public Information Act to allow receipt of requested electronic records in an electronic format. Both bills passed, nearly unanimously.

Combined Reporting
SB 305/HB 731. Died in committee, no roll call vote.

Offshore Wind Power
SB 861/HB 1054. Deferred for further study.

Public Financing Of Campaigns
SB 657/HB 159. Died in committee, no roll call vote.

Health Security Act
